Thesis: In 1619, at Jamestown Virginia in North America, there was a set of slaves that were the beginning the African slave trade to the colonies. As slavery began to spread, a triangle trade started to form involving Africa, Europe and North America. Slaves were traded for many other goods around these areas and they were put to work where there work was needed to be done. They were seen and treated no more than farm animals which restricted them from having any kind of freedom or rights. They faced many difficulties as they were traded around, exploring different places.
